The Work Sharp Guided Sharpening System is a complete sharpening solution for every knife you own. It features the innovative Pivot Response System which allows the abrasive surface to follow the curve of the knife while sharpening, making it faster, easier and more precise than any other manual sharpener. Abrasive surface can also be locked rigidly into place for more skilled users or to sharpen certain types of straight edge knives. Includes interchangable coarse and fine diamond plates and a dual grit ceramic field hone. Also includes angle guides at 17 & 20 degrees.
